Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are set for each drop and will be clearly communicated on that drop's page and at checkout before you place your order.
When Will My Order Ship?
Every drop is made to order. Production begins as soon as a drop closes, and most orders ship within 2 to 3 weeks of the drop closing, straight to your door. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defective or misprinted products.
Defective or Misprinted Products
If you receive a defective or misprinted product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at brandedtogetherBS@gmail.com
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or misprint
- We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method
We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective or misprinted.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, reach out to us at brandedtogetherBS@gmail.com and we'll work with our shipping partners to make it right.
